Here’s my returns and refunds policy in line with consumer laws:
Canada
Prints & Ready-Made Artworks: Returns and refunds are accepted if the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or not as described. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Custom-Made Artworks: As these pieces are made to order, they are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Digital Downloads: Once downloaded, digital files cannot be refunded.
EU and UK
Prints & Ready-Made Artworks: Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Custom-Made Artworks: Because these pieces are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable.
Digital Downloads: Once downloaded, digital files cannot be refunded.
The United States of America
