Please allow 5 business days for all orders to be processed.

Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please keep in mind that Customs in your country could affect the speed of delivery.


I currently ship to Canada, the US, and Europe — but worldwide shipping is coming soon.

Canada
  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.

  • Duties & taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the Anzy Shop. This applies to all orders.

  • Please provide your current phone number & email address when placing your order. If customs cannot reach you, your package will be returned to the sender. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

United States
  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of my artworks are created and produced in Europe, ensuring high-quality materials and craftsmanship for every piece.

Do you offer complimentary shipping for originals?

Yes, from canvas to delivery, every detail is considered with care. That’s why I offer complimentary delivery for original artworks, with each painting carefully packaged and securely shipped to your door. The price you see is the full experience — the art, the care, and the journey from my studio to your home.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
  • While I cover the shipping cost, local import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the price and are collected by customs when your artwork arrives. This is the responsibility of the customer to both anticipate and pay.

    Rest assured, these charges are a standard part of international shipping for high-value art, and your painting will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism throughout the journey.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Changes to the shipping address can be made within a limited timeframe after placing your order. Please contact anzy.artworks@gmail.com as soon as possible to request any changes. Once the order has been processed, I may not be able to accommodate address changes.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
  • Please check tracking information or contact the shipping carrier directly to find your package.

  • I use secure, insured shipping for every piece, carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. While a lost order is extremely unlikely, if it ever happens, please contact me at anzy.artworks@gmail.com
